Do I need a prescription to order?

After selecting your medication, you’ll be prompted to securely upload your prescription document or fax it to us. Once received, it will be verified by our partnering pharmacy before fulfillment.

No. Health Mark Direct does not provide telehealth services or physician consultations. You must obtain a prescription from your own licensed healthcare provider.

All medications are dispensed by trusted UK and Canada-based pharmacies that follow strict regulatory and safety standards. You will receive genuine, brand-name medication in its original manufacturer’s packaging.

Once your prescription is approved by the pharmacy, your order will ship directly to your door within 5–7 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
